Here are some common questions about the program.

Inscription/Engraving

Any letter, number, symbol or punctuation mark found on a standard English keyboard can be engraved. Messages containing websites, phone numbers, social media handles, and/or manifestos are not permitted. Discriminatory, political, offensive or unsuitable messages as determined by University of Utah will be declined. University of Utah reserves the right to decline inscriptions for any reason. Should your inscription require revision, your order will be placed on hold, and you will be contacted for assistance in submitting an alternative inscription.

All text will be centered and engraved in UPPERCASE, except if requested for proper name formatting (i.e., McKENZIE, DeBOUR, etc.)
Inscriptions can be engraved with one to three (1-3) lines of text with up to 12 (12) characters per line.

Changes may be made to your order within 1 business day of receipt of your order confirmation, after which your order may be scheduled for production and changes may not be possible.

If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please let us know and we will be happy to send another.

Sales tax may be applied to orders for replicas and display cases only.

A portion of your donation may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. A donation receipt will be provided.

Utah Baseball Wall is officially provided by The University of Utah, with net proceeds benefiting University of Utah baseball and America First Ballpark.


Quantity/Location

Once installed, you will receive a notification with further instruction on how to find your baseball/bat.

The engraved Baseball/Bats are tentatively scheduled to be installed in 2026.


Keepsake Items

A keepsake item is a baseball engraved with your personalized inscription to be proudly showcased in your home or office, commemorating your participation in the Utah Baseball Wall!

If you have already ordered and would like to purchase additional keepsake bricks, please reach out. 

Yes, with the exception of P.O. boxes or APO’s. 

Keepsake Items will be distributed upon completion of the wall, tentatively set for 2026.
